Before Olsam, we started and sold 5 of own brands with the Amazon Choice badge and thousands of 5 star reviews. We are now a growing global team sitting across 3 continents, 15 nationalities, with have over 50 years of e-commerce experience across supply chain, data and analytics, marketing and ecommerce.

Leadership Team
Before Olsam, Sam worked in New York supporting Fever-Tree’s launch into the North American market. Prior to that, Sam managed some of the UK’s largest third-party Sellers on Amazon’s worldwide marketplaces. Sam started, scaled and sold his own category leading Amazon FBA business: Beechmore Books.
Prior to Olsam, Steven was Head of eCommerce at Mountain Warehouse – the UK’s largest sports & outdoor retailer – where he led UK D2C and 16 global marketplaces, with over £100m annual sales. Steven’s expertise includes pricing, digital marketing, international growth & channel launch, content & SEO, data analytics, and e-commerce operations across D2C and FBA, FBM & SFP Amazon businesses. Prior to this, Steven worked at Oliver Wyman – a global management consultancy firm – where he led data-driven transformation projects across a range of industries. Steven holds an MSc in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
Ben brings over 20 years of experience in c-suite roles across the likes of Time Out, Yopa Property and Trouva, and began his career in investment banking at Investec in their M&A / ECM team. He has a track record leading across fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, scaling organisations, and he brings a great depth of expertise to Olsam in key areas as we enter our next phase.
Prior to joining Olsam, Ilya was a Solutions Architect working with clients to define, build, and reinvent their businesses through technology, focusing on back-end engineering, system architecture and data platforms. He has a wealth of experience delivering projects in a variety of industries, including the world's first Amazon direct ordering platform.
Clara joins Olsam from Yieldify, an e-commerce SaaS company, where she built and scaled an international team across EMEA, NA and APAC. Prior to this, Clara aided and developed the People & Talent functions for companies ranging from Delaware North, a $3b+ revenue hospitality company, through to seed stage with Smith & Sinclair, a FMCG start-up since acquired by pharmaceutical company Tilray. Clara is focused on supporting Olsam's global growth, developing talent strategies and scaling sustainably, all while nurturing the great talent we already have to ensure Olsam has a competitive edge.
